Privacy Policy

The short version

Twin Pond Produce is the ordering app for Twin Pond Farm. We collect the minimum we need to take your order and hand you the right bag: your mobile number, your name, and what you ordered. We don’t run ads, we don’t use tracking or analytics services, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.

What we collect

• Mobile number. Your phone number is your account. We text you a one-time code to sign in, and we use the number to match you to your orders.
• Name. The pickup name you give at checkout, so we can label your order.
• Orders. What you ordered, when, and its status — that’s the product working.
• Delivery address. Only if you choose local delivery, and only to deliver that order.
• Texts you send us. If you text our number with a question, the conversation is visible to farm staff so someone can answer you.

Marketing texts are opt-in

At checkout there’s an unchecked box for our weekly menu texts. Ordering never requires ticking it. If you do opt in, we keep a record of when and what you agreed to, and every message includes a way out — reply STOP at any time and the texts end.

Who else sees your data

Two service providers process data on our behalf: Twilio delivers the sign-in codes and text messages, and Amazon Web Services hosts the app and stores product photos. Neither is permitted to use your information for anything else. We share nothing with advertisers or data brokers, and we don’t use your data to track you across other apps or websites.

How long we keep it

Order history and text-consent records are kept as ordinary business records. You can delete your account at any time — see below — and we erase everything that identifies you.

Deleting your account

Go to My Account and tap Delete my account. No phone call, no email — it happens right away and it can’t be undone.

Deleting erases your phone number, your name, any delivery address you gave us, your texts with the farm, and your marketing preferences. Invoices for orders you already placed stay in the farm’s books, because a business has to be able to account for what it sold — but your name and number are stripped off them, so nothing in them points back to you.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out immediately.
• Delete your account from My Account whenever you like.
• Call us at (732) 863-9363 to ask what we have about you or to correct it.

Children

The app is for placing produce orders and isn’t directed at children under 13; we don’t knowingly collect their information.
